Welcome to the team. Please complete these structural deployment steps to fully activate your managed IT support service tier coverage.

1. Submit Infrastructure Form

Complete the secure profile form on the right-hand panel of this screen. Gathering your baseline operating systems, router models, and ISP data prevents critical delays during an emergency dispatch event.

2. Deploy Remote Support Software (RT 9 East Client)

Download our secure remote desktop support utility powered by RT 9 East IT Services. This zero-cost application operates instantly without a complex workspace installation layout, allowing our service desk technicians to view and control your machine on demand.

Note: After launching the client, your designated tech workspace operator will deliver a secure session connection URL to bridge our dashboards.

3. Secure Password Submission

Security Warning: Never transmit local infrastructure administrative passcodes over plaintext email or SMS text message formats. Once your initial form registers, we will initialize an encrypted vault session link to swap environment credentials safely.

4. Review Emergency Support Protocols

Your subscription tier is now tracked under our strict Service Level Agreements (SLA). For non-urgent adjustments, submit a ticket via our main Contact module. For critical system downtime or server drops, use your priority phone dispatch line provided in your welcome email.
